            I have a major complain against ShopSimon online store and the customer service department. I have been trying to reach out to them and and I was an able too after serval days of trying. I made a purchase on October 5th, 2024 for 3 items. My Order# SPO292610738. I ordered items from Shop Premium Outlet and i got the tracking number ************. On tracing the tracking number, it showed delivered with the Photo attached to the delivery confirmation. However, on opening the package only 1 item was in the box and the, but on the website it stated all 3 items were delivered. So, I got in touch with ***** and enquire about the other items that was stated delivered but was not. They said the only received 1 package from the shipping company and thats was what they delivered. They also stated that the shipper used the same tracking number for all 3 packed and that why when they scanned the only box they had it showed delivered for all 3. I am outraged because I spend my money thinking this company was an honest company. Now I am out of my money spent and the items I should have received. To make it worst, I cannot get in touch with anyone. I filed a ticket on 2 separate occasions and have yet to have someone contact **** wouldnt advise anyone to shop at this store. They are a ripoff.

            On October 16, 2024 I ordered a designer utility bag from ShopSimon. It is a Final Sale and cost $164.00. I would like a refund. I sent an email concerning the coin purse aka utility bag and got no response. This company is a joke, I cannot believe their level of unprofessionalism. I want my money back, false advertising and being ghosted are both unacceptable behaviors.

            What are you talking about send a pictureon 10/10/24 I sent you a picture with the invoice beside it for the orange bagafter speaking with your rude Rep. ***** I will try to send the pic again since you claim you never received it! This was a month ago. I will be placing along with your many negative reviews online another one to add to your collection. Going back and forth with you for a month for something I sent a month ago. I have never had to go to the BBB for any company in all my years! I also was never given the 10% Discount for the Oct 1st bag I since paid off with ****** after being promised I would receive it from the Rep. **** at your company! And you can save your apologies, you are highly unprofessional!! Now I see that I am unable to send a pic on this form. I will send to your support team again for the 2nd time. I am so very tired of your company!!! And do me a favor go to Klarna and remove that payment plan after you lied to them stating that there was no invoice or duplicate bag!! I am sending a pic response with each email I received from your **** so as to make sure you receive it this time since your claim of not receiving it. I asked for a call from a supervisor at least five times stillnothing. Start looking for those emails with the bag and invoice!!

            I sent the first pics to your support email for the Tods bag and now I will send the pics for the bag for the other customer complaint I have with you. This one is for the Bottega bag. On this one you never requested any pics for the bag. You of course are incompetent and have mixed up the other complaint I have on you with the BBB with this one. Please do not order with these people they have a number of complaints and I have been going back and forth with them for a straight month!! Please find the pics for the Bottega bag on an online email I am sending to you! Refund my money and send a return label for this coin purse you falsely advertised as a utility gym bag! I cannot submit pics here so it will be on your online email at Shop Simon support!
