Terrible owner and management. Not compliant, disorganized, poor communication, and harassment is what this business offers. This business should be fined and shut down for the way it conducts itself simply for that fact that the cleanliness is abhorrent and the unprofessionalism is out of line. This business is located next to a daycare which should be a violation because of the type of business this is. The owner sometimes subtly sexually harasses some of the female employees when he is alone with them. Other current and former employees have made comments about his harassing advances but no one wants to talk about it openly because they need to keep their job.One employee received this unprofessional text full of lies (written verbatim):". . . I hired you for inventory duties. Today I asked for a count for flower to be done by 4 pm and it was 12:30 when I assigned this task. When I came in to get a status check at 3:30 you showed me 1 rack that you said was incomplete. Which led me believe you were almost finished. After I looked over the inventory sheet you only completed half of the task. that is not acceptable and I can function this way. I can no long you use your services. Thank you"It takes 6 hours to do the task he assigned in the middle of the day. He has memory issues and is delusional then causes confrontation for no reason but claims to be non confrontational. Then has other people do his firing because he is a coward and runs from his issues.Don't support him or anything this business provides.
