Today on October 9, 2024 my wife visited Dunkin - Baskin-Robbins Store #****** located in ********** and check ticket # ****. My wife had just come from a medical procedure and wasn't feeling very well and needed to eat. She went into this store at 11:00 AM CST while I took a call from my car. My wife began to place her order with a young man named Yoda (possible spelling) and he began to mock her accent and proceeded to give her a very hard time in taking her order. My wife continued to explain her order by pointing to the products of her choice and the attendant discarded her and made her feel alienated. My wife continued to attempt to place her order as the ******** began to speak very loudly at her and made rude comments after which my wife took her order and returned back to our car in tears. I went inside the store and asked to speak to the manager. This same ******** said the manager is not here. I asked another ******** and they said the manager stepped out. I asked for the manager's telephone # to call them later and the second ******** went into the back room and never returned. I have always had a great experience at Dunkin Donuts, however that has changed and I so no reason to return. This young man should be fired for gross misconduct and horrible customer service and I expect a full refund as my money could be better spent. I hope the organization reaches out to me but based on the many complaints I see on BBB, I doubt it. I hope this helps others to avoid this business in the future as customer service is no longer a staple here.
