              I have been in contact with this company for more than 2 months this year to get a couple of small replacement parts for a pergola that my family bought about 8 years ago. Despite many assurances that they will send me the parts (I am guessing they are $5-10 parts, which I have said Ill pay for), they have not sent the parts and have not called back. This is after multiple attempts last year to also get the same parts. I was told several times last year that someone would call me back but no one ever did.So now we cant use something my family spent more than $10k on because the company cant or wont ship a couple small parts, which I have offered to pay for and install.
