              To whom it may concern:I am writing to express my utmost dismay and concern regarding the complete absence of interpreter services for Russian-speaking patients on two floors of Royal Health Group, located at ******************************************, MA.It is appalling and unacceptable that such a prominent healthcare facility would blatantly disregard the essential needs of its patients due to language barriers. This neglect represents a severe violation of patient care standards and ethical responsibilities.I demand immediate action to rectify this situation. Every patient, regardless of language spoken, deserves equal access to quality healthcare. I expect a prompt response outlining the steps being taken to ensure comprehensive interpreter services are reinstated without delay.

              The Recruiter for royal health group is something else I applied for a job there twice the first time she said I got the job but I have to get a reciprotory on my nursing license since it was out of state I said that's fine I'm in the process of getting it done,then a couple of weeks later I saw the same job on indeed.com so I applied in she remembered me right away from my number then she text me and said let set up interview as I'm texting she ask for my email which I said her about four times she tells me that's not a email like she just didn't want to move forward with me regarding the job I'm so I'm like what is going on what is this lady talking about how you gonna tell me what is in what isn't my email if you don't want to offer me the job just say so instead of wasting both our time so I just thought that was strange on her side for doing that.
