The worse medical supplier I never dreamt of needing. **************** speaks with you as the parent who needs a prescribed formula for your baby and says one thing. Then that note of the thing they say to you is conveniently not in their system and billing says their customer service would have never said such a thing to begin with (they did). Then 6 months after, we get a random call and are told, "oh sorry for bothering you, our mistake for the accidental call, you owe nothing" only to be billed something that was misbilled in the first place AFTER they told us they accepted an insurance that in fact did not cover the thing we needed coverage for. To add insult to injury, charge your card without notification AFTER they send you a **** with a due date at the end of next month but charge your credit card without no notification weeks BEFORE the day of the due date of the random charge you weren't expecting to begin with because of that conversation that is conveniently not registered in their system. They lie to you, don't verify things accurately before telling you something is so when it isn't so, and are just outright a horrible business to deal with. If you can somehow avoid dealing with them when your doctor ********** you anything that goes through a medical supplier, find a way to avoid this company. You'll be happier for it!
