            Had company install 2 entry doors on 7/29/2021. 1 door was as described. 1 door handle was 3 lower than the other and crooked. I tried to contact them and did not hear from the for over 6 months. When they finally came back they failed to acknowledge my complaints. Showed up without a manufacturer rep like they said. They told me the ************** was my problem because I purchased it-their professional installed it. Too late to exchange now. I tried to pay 1/2 existing balance to be done with the company. They refused. I no longer want them at my house.
