      Judging from all the other complaints and reviews, I'm not the only one this has happened to. I've been with this company for almost 4 years and Metro (a subsidiary) for several years before. About 2 years ago a friend and I went into a t-store to put her on my plan and get some new phones (Mine was an upgrade. At the time I had three lines total.) We talked to a young man about what the options were. He told us we could get 2 (two) ******* S23's, (Supposedly worth $799.99 a piece) for free if we signed a 2 (two) year contract for 4 (four) lines for around $165.00 a month or so (I can't access the account to give you actual amount, so some amounts will be closely estimated). We agreed and paid taxes and activation fees for the phones. In less than 2 weeks I received a big bill. After talking to the kid we made the deal with. He turned us over to his manager/sup, because he couldn't figure out the problem. In the midst of talking to her, she gets fired! So you can see this has been a problem from day 1! Recently we have been talking about switching carriers. We call the comp. and asked what we had to do to unlock phones. He told us that one of the phones fell out of promo status, because of all the switching us around they told us we had to do, without telling me. They said we would have to pay $133.36 to pay off device so that it could be unlocked. *** up with this **** I paid it. The next month I received the bill and it stated we still owed for the phone! I call them and at the end of all that was said and done. They said the phone was paid for, and unlocked, and they would pay the mos. bill for my troubles. Leaving me a balance of $-7.12? I didn't argue! I got a great deal from another **** so I took it, but when I tried to port the second #. The Phone was locked again. Call this *** and they tell me I have to pay another $133.36 to unlock it. This *** lies, deceives, makes false statements, and is totally not transparent. Do not recommend having service with.

      Unbelievable! My father was misled by a store employee and placed an order for 3 phones. After thinking it through, my dad called me the following day to help him cancel the order as he did not feel right about it. The customer service agent advised that we can simply reject delivery of the phones and wait for our refund. My dad rejected the delivery. One month later, my dad received a bill for $34.14 but ignored it thinking this must not be right. Again, the account should NOT exist as the phones were not taken to the store to be connected. Two weeks later, his account was sent to collections and the total grew to $113! I had to spend half of my day fixing this with customer service. I was appalled that they created an account while my dad is a current Metro PCS customer. While the agent did say that they paid the balance on the account we do not trust that they won't pull another crazy stunt like this. I asked for them to put in writing that they closed the account and that my dad does not owe anything and we were told that they can't do that...what?! After persisting that the agent do something they agreed to call my ****** number and leave a voicemail summarizing what they took care of during the call. (Shaking my head!)

      I have been getting charged every month since April for an ordered phone I never received through ***. I canceled the *** order, called Tmobile to let them know I sent the ordered phone back & that I would go in person to buy a phone instead. Since then, I have not gotten the second handset off my account. Every single month since then I have been on the phone for a little under an hour obtaining a refund but ultimately trying to get this second handset OFF MY ACCOUNT. I have never recieved the phone, I never activated it, *** deemed it as LOST. I spoke to ******* Faith, ***** the manager, ***** ***, Princessan, was suppose to get a call back from ******* the manager-- It has never gotten resolved. I had a order form opened up, an investigation opened up etc. Everyone has given me the run around telling me it will get resolved in 7-10 business days, 72 hours, 24 hours etc... It's OCTOBER. This has been SIX MONTHS.
