I called franey lab seeking information on order lab testing at their facility as I am a nurse practitioner an wanted to order the correct test. I spoke with both ***** and **** who were very inappropriate. I called Franey Lab today to get information on how to order the appropriate labs for DNA testing for Native American and tribal rights (in which this lab testing is clearly stated on their website). ***** informed me she had no idea about this testing and has never done it before so I asked to speak to a manager who might be familiar with the testing I was referring to. She brushed it off and redirected me to speak with ************* Services in which I did and then contacted her back. I inform her testing is clearly stated on website and that they do use Franey lab. She was very rude, spoke about how the website is outdated, that she already told me they don't do testing there, and when I addressed her attitude she replied, "well you already asked to speak to a manager," and that's why she had an attitude. I then asked for her name (in which I did not know at the time) and she refused to give it to me and hung up the phone. I called back and ***** answered and directed me to the manager ****. **** accused me of being rude and to ***** and defended her hanging up the phone, despite me telling him I asked to speak to a manager initially to see if they were aware of the lab testing, I was referring to. I also told him I would like to file formal written complaint. He stated you have to do that with the owners directly, so I asked to get owners information and he refused to give it to me all while accusing me of working for Indian health services in which I do not. At this point I felt it is appropriate to file a complaint with BBB regarding my interaction with Franey Lab today and its poor customer service and treatment of ********************** professionals
