              On Monday, February 6, 2023 I paid for B&D's Furniture to deliver a sectional that I had purchased there on Saturday, 2/4/23. The furniture was delivered to the first floor of my premises by B&D's Furniture delivery service. While delivering the furniture into my livingroom, the gentlemen who were carrying a piece of the sectional put a large hole in the hallway ceiling. One of the gentleman pointed it out to me, said they were sorry, and left. I took pictures of the celing and sent an email with the picture to B&D's explaining what happened. I also called the store and was told by the desk clerk that sold me the furntire that he would take what I sent him and file a damage report and let the owners know. He also said that that was all he could do because he's just a clerk. He told me that the owner would be in touch. However, I have not heard back from anyone either by phone or email. I want to be compensated for the damage caused by B&D's Furniture delivery team. It is going to cost me $500.00 to fix.

              I bought a dresser about three weeks ago the first day one drawer caved in they told me they dont have a return policy or exchange today every drawer is caved in and I just basically was swindled as well as the other pieces I bought being trash as well
