I have shopped with Jenny Boston for 5 years but over the past year - 18 months, their shipping of product has gone down the tubes. There is absolutely no reason to have to wait MONTHS for a sweater to come in the mail. Im sad to have to leave such a terrible review but I would not recommend ordering from this company any more. I have unsubscribed from their emails, ******** page and will delete their app once I receive my last 2 orders. I had credit that I needed to spend and now I am through.Review from Rissa C

I really would love to know what has happened to Jenny of Boston. Their shipping is absolutely horrendous!!! Waiting 1,2,3 months is absolutely unacceptable!!! Something must be going on with them. They also keep misleading customers with their alleged shipping timelines. They cant even reach out and inform customers about their orders. They definitely do not hesitate to charge your card right away though! Honestly, the Attorney General’s office may have to step in eventually with this business at some point.Review from Tracey D

I used to love Jenny Boston but now it takes several weeks to receive my orders even thought it says shipping will be 7-10 days. Buyer beware if you dont want to wait 6-10 weeks to get your order then do not order.Review from RITA S

I used to love ordering from here and watching the live videos. It seems like in the last year my orders come about 5 or 6 weeks after I order. That not ok. Especially if you need the item for a trip or a gift! Probably will buy at Christmas time and that's it for meReview from Melissa K

This business is terrible at shipping product! They always have an excuse as to why it hasnt shipped! Ive emailed them multiple times with responses offering so many excuses! Horrible shipping! I would not order from this business!Review from Jennifer V

I have had to cancel and request a refund for the last 6 orders I have made from this company due to extremely long waits for items that I have ordered (6 weeks at best), despite their site claiming 7-10 days. Each time I emailed customer service, i was told "shipping out in the next week (or two)", yet the time went by and still no order, so I canceled it. They will only refund if you ask otherwise you are left in limbo land with no communication. I would not purchase from this company. its a shame, they used to be better.Review from Robyn D

I ordered an item on 11/10/2023! It clearly said it was in stock. 7-10 day shipping . I dont think so ! Its now December and its changed to out of stock. If the item is out of stock now and was never shipped then the amount paid should automatically be returned. I wont order from here anymore. I’ve bought a lot of things from them but the service has definitely gotten worse!Review from Ann K

Im extremely upset with this company. I ordered a shirt almost 3 months ago and still have not received it. I emailed 2 weeks ago and they said it would ship that week. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never waited this long. Why are they selling and charging immediately for items they dont seem to have? I wont order anything for Christmas for fear I wont get it in time. Last time I will ever order from this company again!Review from Lisa d

Ordered 10.27.23 and its now 11.16.23…they say ship 7-10 days. Last time I order from them because this is the second time this has happened. If you wanted to wear and thought you gave time to receivethink again. Horrible customer service! Listen to these reviews or you will be frustrated.Review from Diana W

I have been waiting for an item ordered 07/11/2023 and its almost 3 months. Very disappointed with this company. And this is not the first time.
