      Ordered a picture window end of March. Contract said July 27 at latest aug 27 constant lies . Oh we have ,will get back with you . Didn't. have texts promising installs as far back as aug 1 .had to pay 2/3 of price . No window. I don't want it now as they never did what they said and I no longer feel confident in this company nor the owner .Mike p****** I want my money back. I have multiple texts and voice mails as proof.

      Company says they have window. Supposed to install on Monday we will see.

      My husband and I contracted to have (8) windows replaced and two bathroom installations done in our home on April 15th 2023. The sales rep presented the contract at our home, over a 6-hour discussion related to details such as types of bathroom fixtures, flooring and types of skylights and dimensions - at the end we provided a check with a deposit for what appeared to be half of the total cost for these replacements. Several days after signing (April 18), another person named Shawn (or Josh) arrived to take more precise measurements of our windows and bathrooms. The process of trying to reach the company started when I called the office on June 11th and could not reach anyone. I left several voice messages after that, and for the next 3 months, I continued to call with no response, leaving many voicemails. Called BBB around mid-August and ******* called, reached the project manager (Brian D******) and he called my husband within 10 minutes but still provided no update on when they will do the work. We were told that the materials were still in production, "we have your skylights but we're waiting for your bathroom materials to be shipped". We waited about one month before calling again and all phone contacts we reached had "number disconnected" on their greeting.

      I uploaded my story to your system. I have paid this company over 13,800.00 as a down payment to install siding on my house. I have asked many times for an install date but can no longer reach them. My attorney ********************* was in contact with them up to a couple of weeks ago. At that time Premier sent an email to **** that they agreed to the amount they owe me and would send me a check in 2-6 weeks. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks.

      On February 3, 2023 I signed a contract with Premier Exteriors to remodel my bathroom at a contracted price of $15,500. Premier Exteriors required 2/3 of the price paid up front so one payment of $5,166 was made on February 3, 2023 and the next payment of $5,166 was made on February 7, 2023 for total payments made to Premier Exteriors of $10,332. The contract stated the work would be completed by April 15, 2023. April came and went and I contacted Premier Exteriors who noted that they were experiencing delays and that we wouldn't have our bathroom until June. We contacted Premier Exteriors again in May to get an update and premier noted it wouldn't be complete in June and they'd have to give us a call back to get an updated timeline.Premier Exteriors never contacted us so we contacted our attorney who wrote a contract termination letter due to their breach of contract and requesting a full refund of our deposit. Premiere Exteriors agreed to provide us with a full refund. They notified us that they would give us the refund in two checks. They provided the first check on August 11, 2023 for $5,166. We reached out numerous times to ask about the second check and they never answered and the phone number is now out of service.

      In October 2022 I met with a representative of Premier Exteriors to replace 13 windows in my home. Was assured that the project would be completed in early winter 2023. Months went by and I was told there were delays . I had already paid over $12,000 in cash and was beginning to wonder if this was a major scam. Finally at the end of May 2023 the windows were delivered and installed , I paid the remaining $6000in cash. However one custom made window which was cracked was never replaced . I called and called the company to no avail . So I am left with a cracked custom made window and the feeling that I was majorly scammed with inferior windows that will probably give out before long. I also think this could be considered elder abuse since I am 78 years old.

      On 6/24/2023 I entered a contract with Premier Exteriors and Design for them to complete a deck remodel with the following details as pulled from the agreement specifically;To rip and dispose of existing deck top rails and stair system To bring current deck frame up to code To additional 10x14 deck area onto existing bring total size to 14x22 To build open pergola. On new deck area New Trex deck board Foggy Wharf New white composite rails top/bottom and balusters Deck and pergola to be wrapped in AZEK board New stairs system New gate to be installed with lock on outside to prevent kids from accessing Permit to be pulled and billed at later date To be completed before end of 2023 build cycle This contract included a total cost of $31,000 and financed through ********. Upon approval of the financing they requested to acquire an initial deposit of $20,665 in which they claimed was for the materials order. There were no red flags at the time because I understood there was some potential lead time on that. As of August 10th, everything went silent and no one has responded to me. I've recently learned that nearly 30 customers have had similar situations and the offices are currently locked/closed at their HQ location.

      On June 30, 2023, Jeremy S****** of Premier Exterior came to our house. We signed a contract for bathroom renovation on June 30 and wrote a check for a deposit of $6,333. On July 14, Shawn S******* took measurements and took another $6,333. There has been no contact from the company since then. We cannot reach the company through any of the phone numbers we were given. No work has been done.

      On April 21,2023 we had a representative (Geraldo L******) visit us from Premier Exteriors and Design, to give us a quote for windows.We decided to go with them with the promise we could get the windows by July so we can install air-conditioning. At this time we gave them a check for $1,120. On April 26 a representative came back to measure the windows and another check for the amount of $1120.00 was given. We didn't hear back and it was in June we contacted them. It was difficult to get through but eventually the call was returned and they said they were waiting on the window manufacturing company. We called two more times. This week a call was made and phone is out of service and all contact numbers are not working. Went on ******** and found a group of people that are also victims of this company.

      We contacted premier exterior in may to install windows on top floor we financed the windows with the finance company they said we would have our windows within 3-4 months. We are now 5 months in and their telephone is disconnected and their office is shut . I got in contact with a worker and they havent been paid either and no one from the main office in Virginia is answering any of there calls . They withdrew money from loan for cost of windows to get the windows and want our money back as they are not going to install said windows under contract

      Original contract signed April of 2022 to do repair work on my front steps. 1/3rd of $4500 given at that time. Measurements done and material ordered. 2nd 1/3rd installment paid at that time. Supply chain delays for several months. Install did not take place until July 2023. Paid last installment. They needed to return to finish install with hand rails. They have not returned and I cannot get in touch with them after calling and leaving messages since mid July. Main phone number now disconnected and owners voice mail is now full. My stairs are partially complete as the handrails are not installed presenting a liability concern for anyone coming onto my premises. I want a refund for the amount of the handrails or the work completed.

      I have heard nothing from them. Just left a voicemail for the owner letting him know I filed this complaint and may be contacting the attorney general next
