An experience with the company, Especially Yours:My mother purchased this outfit along with another dress. She wanted to return the other dress because it is way to long and not what she expected. She paid a total of ***** in postage, handling, delivery surcharge and protection plus. The company no longer has their return-shipping carrier offering the Smart Label Return, so now she has to pay to return the item that is less than what she expected. She placed the order over the phone and the customer service *** DID NOT tell her what was included in the price of her charge nor was she told that the cost of the return will be her responsibility. When I contacted customer service on behalf of my mom, I spoke with a CS ***resentative and a supervisor who could not do anything! At the very least my mother could have been offered a partial refund for some of the P&H or maybe a discount on a future purchase, so depending on the cost to ship the items back she could pay upwards of $45-50 in P&H. This is the kind of customer service that makes it hard to support some of our Black businesses. Never again will we purchase from this company. We have learned our ******* but I want so many others to know what they are in for. Truly unacceptable! They responded to a posting I made and stated that they would contact my mom and I have not heard from them.
