            A ***************** named ***** rang my bell and I fell for his pitch that he had extra product after working on a neighbor's house. He gave me a great rate. Suddenly, he didn't have time to work that day. Saturday was the second time they came. They used enough products to poison the ants but not enough to kill them. Yes, there are hundreds of ants crawling on my couches, rugs, dog, daughter, walls, ceilings, and doorways. I spent hours cleaning and it's like I didn't clean at all. More come to replace the hundreds I killed. My walls are streaked with ant mush, my stair runner is only a few years old and it now needs to be professionally cleaned as do the other carpets. My dog has to go to the groomer. I have spent my day trying to control these pests. I had to cancel dinner plans at our home. I bought food and spent time cleaning on Friday. I now need to hire cleaners for a deep cleaning. I've gone through rolls of paper towels. I think a fair resolution is a full refund and for the business to pay for the cost to deep cleaning the house. What about my time?

            Please do not use. They tried to charge me twice for one quarterly service. They claim they need to do a second treatment but never mentioned that upfront. Dealing with customer service is a joke. The company feels, sounds, and acts like a used car dealership. Cancelling was the biggest pain.
