On May 5, 12, and 19th 2022 , I paid $150 out of pocket for each therapy sessions at Complete Wellness as I was waiting for my insurance number from the state agency. Because my coverage was activated retroactively, the insurance company also paid for these services and informed me to collect a reimbursement from Complete Wellness. In July 2022, Complete Wellness was reimbursed by the insurance company. They overcharged for copayments on June 2 2022 or $60 and June 9 2022 for $30. During the pandemic, they charged me for copays on These discrepancies have been occurring since May 2022 and were yet to be resolved. I paid $150 on each day of May 5, May 12, and May 19th, 2022, for a total of $450. My copay is $15 and they were paid by the insurance company. I paid $60 on June 2nd, 2022. My copay is $15. I paid $30 on June 9th, 2022. My copay is $15. I paid $15 copays for statements 03/26/2020, 07/23/2020, 09/10/2020, 10/15/2020, 11/19/2020, 11/24/2020, and 12/03/2020 for a total of $105. Insurance did not have copays this time. That is a total of $645. If you adjust for copayments that were actually due which is only $75 , then Complete Wellness still owes me $570 since 2020. They refunded $75 for random dates. The Complete Wellness was paid by the insurance company. If you look online at reviews, then they have been doing this to people for years. They produced one itemized receipt, which does not reflect refunds for the dates listed above. Thanks, Angelica
