            We signed a contract for tree service May 2220 and still not have had the work done. We gave a deposit of $1,000 and would like it returned if he can not complete rhe work. We have used them in the past and they did outstanding work. It is frustrating that we are given a day he will come but does not show up.

            I signed a work contract with Mr. ****** on May 6, 2022. Mr. ****** was given a check for $750, which was half the cost of the job. At that time, Mr. ****** promised that the work would be completed in 2 weeks. I called him in early June, to inquiry when the job would be done. Again, he promised within a week or two. It is now July 8th and I just made another call to Mr. *******. During the call, I requested that the work be completed within a week or my money refunded.

            If the job is not completed or I don't hear from Mr. ******* within a week, then I intent to seek resolution in small claims court.

            I am very saddened that a man and business that proclaims to be "Christian" treats people in such a disrespectful and unprofessional manner.

            I have been keeping up with messages till recently . I had a set back with my health and was hospitalized a few days . We are a small crew working very hard to get to everyone as quickly as possible . We are down the street working and heading that way when completed . I am very cautious and will not do high work in wind and rain for safety reasons .this project will be completed this week . Thank you .
