              I did a free trial form the Glucose. Just realized this evening I was charged $65.98 in September and October. I was abled to cancel. What a way to take peoples money. Not right

              Hello Clifford, We are sorry for the frustration you experienced with your order for the trial offer of the GlucoGold with Berberine product. We show that you originally submitted the trial order on 9/24/24 for a 14-day supply of GlucoGold with Berberine. During the time of the order, there was a message highlighting the benefits of the Refill and Save auto shipment program with specific terms indicating additional monthly supply shipments sent after the 18-day trial period. When we did not receive a cancellation request, on 10/14/24 we shipped the 30-day supply of the GlucoGold with Berberine, which is still in transit. On 10/17/24, we received the cancellation request through your PayPal account for the automatic shipments, which was processed. The order that you were charged $65.98 for is still in transit but will be the last order as we have cancelled the membership. If you do not want to keep the order in route, you may return the shipment for a full refund once received.
