A sofa was delivered on Wednesday 2/23/22 with holes and scuff marks around it out of wrapping when I went to unpack it later that evening. They say there 7 day exchange and I notified in that window but because I signed at delivery I'm stuck with scuffed brand new sofa out the packageBusiness response

i placed an order over the phone at this price buster in the amount of 1,040 on 02/01/2022 it was financed through progressive leasing. I originally called to speak with associate kaelil but he was off another employee by the name of MIA told me she could help me. she begin to ask me what items i wanted to purchase i told her I wanted the pink leather looking twin bed off their site the SKU was (pink twin bed) she said ok i see what you talking about then we went to the next item for purchase. after telling her all the items i wanted we proceeded with the purchase. everything went well until the delivery on 02/04/2022 after they delivered the bed and left I look at the box and it's the wrong bed. I called the associate on her personal phone and told her about the issue she tells me that i have to send the invoice and the picture of what I wanted vs what i got to the manager and he will deal with getting it handled. ok sent it to the manager that same day and then was told I would have to contact corporate that's weird because this is not a corporate issue its an in-store issue. I said what's the number i was told they don't have a number I have to email them. seems shady to me so I reached through email and was told they are going to contact the store and the associate I spoke with and to give them 48hrs. well, 48hrs is up I know they don't give refunds fine I just want the item I requested the items are the same price so I don't know why they can't just give me the item i requested. seems like they keep passing the buck because they don't know how to deal with the issue or they refuse. I order this bed for my autistic two-year-old the bed they sent their is no way in heck i would have ordered it because its very un safe.Business response

On 12/13 I spoke with Asia who did a great job assisting me with ordering furniture. The delivery was set to occur Friday. I was not made aware before hand that they do not assemble but I digress. The delivery guys showed up on Friday-everything wrapped. Very well. Now the guys were nice enough to remove my old furniture as I informed them that I had a dumpster im my apartment complex. I assumed they dumped it there. In the meantime, they departed. I started unwrapping the furniture. Initially it seems as if there were some missing pieces. I called the store and the delivery guys-informed me that it was in the bottom of the frame. I ordered a love seat and a 3-seater. Located and begin to assemble was a simple bracket slide in. It was clear and visible that they measurements were off and the back piece did not slide into the frame. I was optimistic and got assistance just in case. Pieces still didn't fit. I called the store immediately they said warehouse was closed and to call back Monday. Called store, explained the situation and they said to contact their customer service as pricebusterscs@gmail.com. Did so. Response was to provide picture. Did so. No reply so I reached out. They asked for more pictures and I did. No response. I reached out they said waiting on manufactures response could take 24-48 hrs. I reach out again. They tell me to bring the furniture into a store. Makes no sense when this furniture was delivered to me. I told them I had no way of doing this. No response. I reach out and they advise the same nonsense then proceed to say that the pictures show that it's not defective yet that wasn't their original response. I informed them again that I have no way of delivering furniture to a store. They advised to come in and had it assembles which Is insane so I send more pictures from an even better angle to clearly show the pictures don't match. No response. Call store-just "I completely understand" but that email is our corporate headquarters.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/30) */ Pricebusters has been in contact with this customer via several emails and unfortunately, a mutual agreement has yet to be reached. If the customer no longer wants the product, they must contact the 3rd party leasing company which they used to purchase the furniture and make the necessary arrangements with them as Pricebusters has a no refund policy. If the customer was able to bring the product to any one of our showroom floors, Pricebusters has offered to assemble the product for her but this option was not acceptable according to the customer.Initial Complaint

December 1st I have purchased coffee table and two end tables. The next day I called him up and I told them never mind I did not want it to put my money back on my credit card $461. They gave me a run around I had an email this had an email that and then they tell me I cannot get money back in my card only store credit remind you I never even got the product they called me to deliver it and I told them that I have called cancel and told them to cancel it so they sent it back. As you're telling me I don't have store credit.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/12/10) */ Pricebusters has a no refund policy which is stated in very big and bold lettering on the invoices where all customers must sign. The customer informed Pricebusters, the day before the delivery, that they no longer needed the coffee table set. We informed the customer there are no refunds and that they would have a store credit for the full amount of their order. Unfortunately, due to Pricebusters policies, this is the only option we have for this customer at this time. We do apologize for this inconvenience.
