      Terrible customer service. Filed a claim on 10/24 and have yet to get a call from the adjuster or his supervisor to discuss my claim. I called several times and only got the run around by the associates. Called again today and asked for supervisior and the agent left me on the phone and never returned. How can they take your premium monthly and not provide better service? This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone

      GEICO is not for the consumers . I wish I could give zero stars. I have been a long time LOYAL customer and they have benefited from my loyalty but I havent. Why must my insurance be so HIGH when Im not having accidents and holding myself at a high standard to ensure I have no incidents or accidents and every year they provide mediocre coverage but are ALWAYS increasing my policy this is consumer abuse and its high time something is done about these insurance companies.. if Im not costing you any money why are you raising my policy this is ABUSE of power. If I cancel they you say I have lapse so your holding me hostage then I cant win when will someone do something about this unfair price increases on consumers WHEN. Geico needs to go they are all thieves. Its never a good thing for these companies to merge its to s**** customers.

      I was stuck om the.side of the road with a shredded tire. Tried to call geico because I have roadside assistance. WHAT A JOKE. Their automated system was a nightmare and I never got anyone on the line. I ended up paying out of pocket (they say I will be reimbursed. That should be fun). Got a ride home, called heico. I was furious. Took about five minutes to actually talk to someone. ****************** didn't seem to understand why I was furious. She just wa *** to talk over me in a very patronizing tone and told me that other people don't have problems getting through. She continued to tell me how disrespectful I wss with no concept about my standing on the side if the road u able to contact them. Experience was miserable and it wasn't the first time. Getting to talk to a person is an act of Congress and then later I'm told that "sometimes this happens. Really? Giving me platitudes about how sorry they were did nit help but served only to make me more angry. Terrible customer service and terrible ********************** service. Sometimes less (cost) oz not more. If you can. CANCEL A D LOOK ELSEWHERE. THIS COMPANY EXCEDES TERRIBLE AND AWFUL. MY EXPERIENCE was not a good one and never has been with geico. I'm sure there respond will be that the whole thing was my fault due to my infuriating attitude a d they will take no responsibility. I paid for a service. What I got was talking over me, totally not understanding my frustration, a d what I considered to be insults. Good luck with the lizard.

      Really horrible they will cancel your policy without any calls or text notifications. They do not care about your disabilities or if those disabilities pertain to combat military experiences they will cancel you if you are three weeks late with no notice even when you thought you paid it and there was proof that your card was used. Order of the purple heart should sue this Insurance agency on behalf of all the veterans.

      Shady dishonest. Not a customer. Will not ever be. Was hit by a ******************** customer who was totally at fault. ***** the claims adjuster lied to my face on the phone. Didn't return my call nor my claims adjuster phone call. Steer clear of this company!

      Geico force added my minor daughter to her Dad's exsiting Geico policy, when she already had coverage under my (her mothers) policy. They increased her Dad's premium, and auto drafted this increase without his acknowledgement or approval. When it was identified and a refund was requested after providing proof of daughter's coverage with my policy, Geico then continued to lie and begin requiring more of my personal policy details and info. I do not use Geico and never will, why should I be forced to release all of my private personal information and policy details in order for him to be reimbursed for their fraudulently adding and charging a double policy/ coverage? I provided coverage card showing the policy number, now they say they need my declarations pages. Geico is way out of line and I will be seeking legal counsel for harassment and violation or privacy.

      I'm very unhappy with Geico's network shops, customer service and claims process. My own insurance should not introduce problems in my life. 3 terrible claims experiences that each ended with me needing to get rid of my car that was in perfectly good condition before the claims. Last claim was for a 9 inch scratch that has resulted in my vehicle being destroyed. My wife's is also experiencing the same issues. I'm out! Never again geico.

      Worst insurance company ever, have never had to file a claim and due to economic hardship I had to do a few door dash deliveries. They found out about it and dropped my insurance. If thats how they treat people then I hope they have to pay out so much money this year they go bankrupt.
