DO NOT HIRE!!! Absolutely horrendous job!! The absolute worst service that I have ever received in my 30 years of military service (US Army). We hired this company in the summer 2021 to put a round-about in and to put a sealant on our current driveway. The initial discussion with Joe was pleasant after they finally returned our calls. Horrible Results: The roundabout was not round (oval with square edges), it was not leveled nor was it edged properly. Rocks were sprayed into the ground and cracks were not repaired correctly. The job looked patched together with lumps and more seams with the original cracks still visible. Huge eye soar. I contacted the company the very next day and spoke with Melissa (Office Manager who always answers the phone) to report the poor job. She said Joe would get back to me. I finally spoke with Joe weeks later who said he had come out (never called us) and saw the issues and would have someone come out to make the corrections. More weeks went by and I began calling again. Finally, someone called but asked if I could wait until his wife got out of the hospital before doing the work. I waited three more weeks before calling back. Needless to say, I have not seen or heard from him or anyone else. To add insult to injury, I believe Melissa was screening my calls. Today, (20 Dec) I called from a different number and Melissa immediately answered. When she realized it was me she began giving numerous excuses. When I asked two times why she didn't call, she yelled and asked if I was going to listen to her reason for not calling then she called me a Dumb A_s B____h and hung up on me!! I never raised my voice once nor did I get rude. From the other reviews, this is apparently what she does when a customer calls to explain that they are not satisfied. I called back but she ignored my call. I then called from another phone and she immediately picked up. I attempted to ask to speak with Joe, but when she recognized my voice, she hung up again. She will no longer answer any calls from any of the numbers that I have tried to call from. I have a three year warranty on the round-about and a one year warranty on the sealant. From Melissa's actions it appears that they don’t plan to honor their warranties or try to even work with us. I don't want them back on my property, I only want a partial refund (50%) of the cost since they attempted to put the round-about in. I am pretty sure that won't happen until I take legal action which is the next step. Unacceptable customer service. We have had to hire a second company to do the job correctly. Completely different customer service support with much better results and amazing quality work, for less than we paid Joseph's company. Truly an expensive lessons learned moment.
