    We hired A Plus to install gym flooring in our basement. We had flooring already in another room in our home that was basically seamless that I installed but wanted to use a professional due to the transitions in the carpet. The day the installers arrived they did wonderful work on the edges (shoe molding, carpet transitions) but the product they used was rolled down (instead of interlocking) which created 2 large seams in the flooring. Due to the glue coming through the seams, they used Acetone to try and remove it, which then discolored the rubber. We have been trying to work towards a solution and the company continually says they will call back and won't. When you finally talk to someone, they aren't able to provide a date to "repair" their work. This was a $2,400 project, they charged our credit card after we refused to pay by check due to the poor work quality and now we're left with a rather unsightly floor.

    I am thankful for your review. I wish a call to the office to voice your concerns took place. We try to do a good job all of the time. I Eric R***, the owner of A Plus Carpet and Flooring responded the instance I became aware of issues. I sent several text messages that was returned a few days later. I do understand life gets busy. I was persistence to resolve all issues. I received the call back on SUNDAY 8/15/21 @ 5:54 pm +/- . I responded to the issue of accidentally taking the broom and dust pan. We would never take anything that is not ours on purpose. The client was not concerned about any issues other then nicole not staying in contact. Nicloe's job was performed good. Our crew leader is the person who is instructed to convey info between the client and the office. Mario addressed all issues and all was good. The only thing left to do was to return the broom and dust pan that was taken by accident. I did not know the type of broom or dust pan. On the same night SUNDAY 8/15/21 I Eric R*** went to *****, purchased several types of brooms and the best dust pan to include a $50.00 gift certificate. I personally delivered the items to the clients home SUNDAY 8/15/21 @ 7:50 PM. The client was happy with my efforts.
