            From May 25 thru May 28, I have tried unsuccessfully to reach Vector Security. I was on hold for over 40 minutes and no one answered the phone although an emergency technician was supposed to be on call. Two of my security cameras were out and there was no one to assist me. I am asking for reimbursement for the time my cameras were out as well as placing this complaint on the BBB website.

            We are a company located in NW DC and used this company to get a quote for security cameras and to see what new system would suit our property. They charged us over $2500 to do a survey of our existing cameras but never provided us the proposal that was in October 2020. I had been trying to contact the Sales person for months via email and phone. His voicemail was always full. Finally, I got through to the office and spoke with Wendy she told someone would call me back. No one ever did. Mr. G****, the salesmen who can out initially we found out he retired, then spoke with Mr. Wayne B***** via our management company sent him all the paper work and emails and now he's not returning our calls or emails. What kind of company is this??? So unprofessional

            So we have now turned all the information over to our attorney. I hope no one encounters this company. This is absolutely terrible to go through.
