            Economy Glass started off well enough. I had one window to repair, which they did. The difficulty started when it was time to install the window. I was quoted a price of $95 which I agreed to for the install on top of the $240 to repair the window. The first day scheduled, I received a call asking to push back the time from morning to afternoon which was fine. By the afternoon, I received another call stating they would not be able to come at all that day. Frustrating but still not a major problem. The following business day, someone arrived with the window, was on my property for all of two minutes, and stated he could not complete the install (?!) I spoke with the office receptionist who told me she could have someone else come out the following day who was apparently better skilled. Unfortunately, this is the last communication I have received from Economy Glass, so I guess they have ghosted a customer. Again, we are talking about a GLASS COMPANY...that is unable to install ONE WINDOW. I debated giving them one star but at least they actually came out to my house and returned the window. My advice is to go with a more competent company that won't leave you hanging.
