I was seen by this med spa for lip filler that cost $750. While I was there I had gotten a quote for a few other things that the provider, Christie recommended. I had been pre approved with a financing company they use called "******". I was pre approved for $3,500 that was expiring in a few days, so they "locked it in" for the full quote amount of about $2,500. I signed my consent and scheduled an appointment with them. After leaving, I had thought more about it and decided that I no longer wanted to get anything else done other than lip filler. I explained that to the business and she said they could not refund me the financing amount since I used the ****** financing. I reached out to ****** personally to which they told me, I could have my amount changed but it has to be initially started from SomaSou, which they refused to do as they "do not do returns". I however, only received one service which was lip filler that was $750. I am now being told I have to make an appointment for a service or come in and buy product to use my $2,500 since they will not start the change with ******. I am being ******* out of my money because I do not want any service or product from this company. The company told me that I could use the financing amount for whatever I wanted, and it did not have to be what I was quoted for. But i do not want anything further from this company other than a change of my financing amount to only what I received which was lip filler for $750. I have been back and forth with the company in Cumberland and Virginia which I get no responses from or help.
