            Having the same issue I had last year. Last year I paid them $175 for my yearly renters insurance policy. They subsequently took it out 3 times total. Taking a total of $525 out of my bank account. I happened to be out of town at the time & it was a weekend. It left me with essentially no money for the entire weekend. I called the first thing monday morning & they blamed me. They told me I made 3 payments. Clearly I did not. I made one payment & then only noticed because checking my email they sent me 3 payment confirmations. They finally after blaming me agreed to refund the money, which took several days. This has now happened again. I paid them $175. for my premium & they have as of currently, taken it out 2 times. It is the weekend, so I can only sit & wait to see how many more times they'll take my money. Ive called them, no one is in the office until monday. There is very clearly something wrong w their online payment system, that they havent bothered to fix in over a year.
