I was involved with situation and was NOT at all happy with the Crew. If labor was coming out of my ears, I would have fired them. The personnel in Operations did address this with them. The sad part is we get nothing but 5"s on survey's with our crew so I can't tell you what caused the breakdown. I immediately wrote a letter to the K*******'s only to find that it NEVER got mailed. That is 100% on me.
If you want a copy of the letter I can forward it. Our customer service representative kept in touch with the customer as did our claims representative who was instructed to do whatever it took to make the customer happy. We sent Mr. K******* a check in the amount of $2080.00 to fulfill our obligation on damaged items and paid $950 to a repair firm to do repairs to their 3 beds. We do not take it lightly when we do not service the customer as they deserve. We have 99 very happy customers and one not so happy. That does not make us happy.
