I would never recommend anyone to work at this location. I never heard from my “manager” once from the time I started to when I resigned. I underwent bullying and harassment from one specific employee about dress code. I was supposed to be undergoing training from her to be successful in my role, however, she was more concerned about being obsessed with how “sexy” I looked coming into work. Maybe jealousy but regardless, unprofessional. she insisted that she should approach me about dress code because we’re of the same race. This individual was not my manager and not HR but consistently approached me and tried to intimidate me about my attire. I was told that I needed to dress down to be respected by the men who I oversee and work with. Insanity. I NEVER received any complaints from HR nor my manager. There’s also no dress code in writing. On top of this, this particular female is moving to CORPORATE. Shameful. From the inappropriate conversations about individual’s body parts to hostile interactions between certain colleagues, my experience was absolutely terrible. I was made privy to things like “r*cist white people” who worked and lived there. I was told about “g4y” people in marketing/sales who are allowed to “dress up”. Completely unprofessional and toxic.
