              On 7/27/2022 I was at Hafer's Gunsmithing, XXXXX National **** *********** ** XXXXX XXX-XXX-XXXX to register for a firearms class offered by Tim ** ******** At 12:22 pm I registered for a class and paid $295.00. 15 minutes later, my significant other was purchasing a gun and during that process I learned I was not eligible for the license the class was preparing me for due to my having a medical marijuana license. Tim told me he would refund my $295 and cancel my registration. An emploee who was helping us with the gun sale heard Tim tell me he would refund my money. There was never any mention of no refunds. I went to the store a week later to ask why my account had not been credited. Was told by the employee who sold my significant other the gun that he heard Jim tell me he would refund my money and that he would remind Jim to issue the refund. Weeks went by with no refund so I contacted my bank. Received and email from Jim on 9/23/2022 stating he has a no refund policy and will not refund my money. The attached emails show confirmation of the registration at 12:22 and an hour later at 1:22 the cancellation. I never left the store.
