I would encourage you to find the story on ****** or their ******** as ive left there. below you will find an interaction that simply had me at a loss for words over a minor warranty repair. stay away from aluma-cap in hagerstown they are not worth doing business with.
The owner (who was on his loading dock) leans onto my cap and commandingly and sternly says "now let me ask you a question" I replied "whats up?" He asks "Now what did you F***ing pry on that door with"

At this point i'm a bit startled and taken aback, i replied "nothing? I already told you it just started coming apart"

Owner: "Bull S***, this corner piece was bent up and that would only happen if someone pried on it"

Me: "No, that corner piece was always bent since i picked up the cap, i think it was from the mis-assembly"

Owner:"YOU'RE A BOLD FACED F***ING LIAR, YOU CAN GO TO H**L. DON'T YOU DARE COME IN HERE AND LIE TO ME, YOU GET THE F*** OFF MY PROPERTY AND YOU DONT EVER COME BACK"

at this point he starts gesturing with the screwdriver in his hand as though he intends to assault me with it and comes down the steps towards me. i begin climbing in my truck explaining im not lying, im not sure whats going on, this was clearly a massive over reaction.

Owner: "YOU'RE A BOLD FACED LIAR, THIS IS HOW I DO BUSINESS YOU TELL EVERYONE YOU F***ING KNOW THIS IS HOW I DO BUSINESS AND YOU GET THE F*** OFF MY PROPERTY AND NEVER COME BACK"
