Dear Mr. *******,
We are sorry for your experience regarding the insurance on your auto loan. We sent several letters explaining that we’ve been unable to verify your auto insurance. We also tried to call but were unsuccessful. Per our loan agreement, it’s required that full coverage is maintained for the duration of the loan.
If you provide proof of insurance and show there was no lapse in coverage, we will refund the CPI cost. Please contact us at ###-###-#### or memberservices@marketusafcu.com, and we’ll be happy to take care of this for you.
