      This is my second order with Beacon Threads. I wanted to support a black-owned business, and although the first order (placed in July 2024) took a while to get to me, it fell within their processing timeline. I recently placed a second order on 9/22/24 (both orders totaled about $150). On 10/2, I received a message stating I should receive a tracking number by day’s end. On 10/4 I emailed them because I had not received a tracking number. I received a tracking number the same day. As of today, the package (origin is Baltimore, MD) is still waiting to be picked up by the postal service. I contacted Beacon Threads by email on 10/10, and I have not received a reply (I did not receive a reply to my previous email either—only the issuance of a tracking number). I didn’t think to check here until I began having issues with this order and noticed the lack of communication. I am horrified at the reviews, especially for a company that presents itself as being faith-based. I am certain Beacon Threads is reading these reviews; their multiple and redundant text messages explaining their processing timelines and refusal to respond to customer inquiries are a dead giveaway. For as many Bible verse texts as they send to my phone per week, I hope they also remember the ones that address dishonesty and disobedience. As the saying goes: right message, wrong messenger. I will not recommend this company to anyone I know.

      I placed an order on April 28. A shipping label was created on May 5. But was never shipped. I ordered 7 items and I have called, emailed, messaged on ig with no response. I would like to either get a refund or receive my items.

      I made a purchase on 11/21 in the amount of 105.02 thru **** ***. I was going through my bank account last month and noticed that I had 2 different amounts being taken from my account. I had only ordered from this company 1x in 2023 and only received merchandise for that order. I reached out to **** *** on 1/17 to get some details and was informed by them to reach out to the company to get my refund. I contacted the company on 1/18 via email and gave them both order numbers for reference and have gotten nothing but the run around. 1st email response says my order in the amount of 105.02 is the ONE transaction they see and then ask if my payments were successful because they have no recollection of them. I sent them a screenshot copy of BOTH paid in full orders so that we could get this cleared up, nothing. I contacted **** *** again to see if they could assist possibly with getting in contact with the company and was told I have to do so but was given a **** *** order number that the merchant can look up so that they could see and issue the refund. Nothing so I sent a f/u email a few days later and received a response that states there is usually an authorized hold on every order as a security measure and this amount that is a pending charge will fall off my account in 1-3 business days. I informed the company that the $65.72 isn't a hold and paid in full. I didn't get a response so I followed asking to be refunded. I was then sent a response saying they only have collected ONE amount ($65.72) from me. They then asked me to check my **** *** app to see if there is an installment set up on the order. I sent them an email summarizing the communication between us and their conflicting stories as well as asking if their is a way to verbally converse in separate emails days apart. Communication has ceased

      I placed an online purchase with Beacon Threads in the amount of $150.84 order #****** and paid using the Shop option. I received a text on Jan. 17th saying my order was being prepared and the **** app was updated saying the **** label was created and pre-shipment information was sent to ****. I have heard nothing from them since. I sent two emails on Jan. 27th and Jan. 31st with no response.

      This company is a legit ****! They have a bulk tracking number and when they drop off at usps the individual items can never be scanned because it doesn’t exist so you never receive your order. AVOID AVOID the **** and headache of trying to recover your money. They will block you if you try to contact customer service. Please avoid this company at all cost.

      I made my purchase of 2 sweaters on 12/29/2023. On 1/5, checking my order status, I noticed it was awaiting pick up in their warehouse. As of 1/16 it was still awaiting pick up according to USPS tracking provided. I attempted to call the customer service number on their facebook. No answer - I left a voicemail. I emailed them and emailed the site's section on inquiries. As of 1/19 no response. On 1/19 I facebook messaged them the same inquiry and was blocked by their company. I have begun documenting all of these attempts and I am now trying to receive a refund via my credit card company as Beacon Threads has refused all requests for communication.

      The hoodies were purchased two weeks ago and no update has been provided upon shipping which was outside of the promised timeframe of when a package would be shipped. Along with customer service not responding to any messages.

      On December 4, 2023, I ordered a women's hat ( Distressed Pray) and a small T-shirt (By His Stripes) White w/Black lettering. I am still waiting to receive my order as of today, December 21, 2023. I was provided a **** tracking#92**********************63. The package has yet to ship. I have contacted this company, and they responded once, stating that it would ship within 7-10 business days. It is past that. They are refusing to answer via email, *********, and all other social media sites they have that I have reached out to. Unfortunately, no contact number is available for them. After reading the reviews, I noticed most people have yet to receive their order or their money back.

      I purchased a few products from this company. I received all of the products, except the "Blessed Dad" shirt. I reached out to them and I got a response telling me that they sent me everything. They did not. When I responded that they did not, they stopped responding. I reached out to them on ********* because I couldn't get a response via email, and that wasn't helpful either. Very hard to get customer service, and very inconsistent with sending what customers have paid for.
