      WOW! Came here to post a review due to my experience and I am flabbergasted by the amount of other people who are going through the same thing! I placed an order on 10/15/24. As of today, 11/12/24, I have not received my order. I emailed customer service twice, sent a message on IG, and put a review on Google....no response! I did receive an email with shipping information but that just says "label created, date pending". This is not my first time ordering from the company, so I am not sure what is going on and frankly, it's a bit concerning. And I'm pretty local, so I can only imagine how long the wait has been for people who are out of state!! Beacon Threads, POST SOMETHING, ACKNOWLEDGE & APOLOGIZE, LET YOUR CUSTOMERS KNOW THE STATUS!! DON'T JUST LEAVE PEOPLE HANGING! THIS IS HOW YOU LOSE BUSINESS AND DISCREDIT EVERYTHING YOU MOST LIKELY WORKED HARD TO BUILD!! This is so unprofessional and I know they have seen these bad reviews...maybe not on BBB, but on another platform. I do hope everything is ok and that all of us get the items we ordered or a refund.

      This company is terrible. They sent me the wrong product, but has only responded to my messages weeks later just to send me a coupon? They need to shut down. their business ASAP.

      As all the other complaints state, I am highly disappointed and irritated with the fact it has even come to this. No matter the dollar amount spent it was my money and I want it back! This husband and wife duo and all else included in portraying this company to be something its clearly not should be ashamed! To claim to be a faith based company and scam people is crazy! It’s been almost a month and nothing. No delivery, no response to my emails, not one update at all! These terrible reviews informing one another aren’t enough! Someone needs to take a stand and file against them. This is why it’s so hard to support small businesses because of people like these. I have disputed the charges for my order but I don’t feel that’s enough.

      I purchase my item October 16th it is now November 2nd I'm very disappointed and disgusted with the business they called herself a Christian and people of Faith company and they are scamming people out their money this has to stop they need to be reported and I want Justice not just for myself but for all the customers that have been scammed and never got their product I have went online on every website to tiktok Facebook Instagram and reported them as scammers people need to get their money back and they need to be reported how their individual or group of people say that their Christians or selling any type of religious apparel take people's money and not give them their product or money back

      Disappointed is an understatement! Placed order on October 6 and has yet to ship. Contacted via email and got a general message stating they are a small business and to be patient. I don't know ow how patient you want customers to be. Almost a month to ship is insane. 7-10 business days is your policy. No a 10% off my next order will not suffice. Will never order again and no I will not be tagging you in any social media or referring you.

      I placed an order October 6th and have yet to receive a tracking number. I have reached out twice with no response. Beacon definitely needs to either utilize more help or shut it down until they can figure out a business model/system that works. Beacon is coming off as ******** or a company that doesn't know what they are doing and, that's quite unfortunate. Accountability & responding to your customers would make a world of difference.

      I purchased 4 shirts and a hat on Oct 1, 2024. Today's date is Oct 19, 2024. I have not received any tracking or shipping details with my order. I have contacted them numerous times about my order. I have not received any response concerning my emails. But yet they keep emailing and txting wanting me to buy more. I am furious because this was a special gift and time is running out. I am so disappointed in this company. I have used them a few times before. But I will never use them again! Oct 8, 2024 I received an email stating my order was in progress. Oct 12, 2024 this is the text I received: Beacon Threads here: Today is the day! If you have not received your email about tracking by the end of the day, please review the following: Check your email used at time of checkout for the details. Please make sure your phones auto-fill was not on at the time of check-out as it could have used an older address of yours. Also, ensure that your address was inputted correctly on the right address line. Lastly, please check your promotions and spam filters as you could have a package in-route. Nevertheless, do not fear we are working to ensure that there is no package left behind and to figure out any individual concerns. Stay Blessed ---------- I have no email in my inbox or spam. I check status everyday and it still says UNFUFILLED I am furious with this company! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. Their promises are not kept, nor are their policies. They do not ship within time frame stated/promised.
