Originally, I had not received a call from Leticia (the supervisor who denied my loan skip application, despite me being told I would be qualified for it). But roughly an hour after I sent the email to him, Leticia called me. I was advised that my holiday skip would not be affected by a previous skip. I need the last 5 calls to be pulled and reviewed. I need my credit union to Honor their word. All calls was recorded, I don't see the issue. In the attached screenshots, you'll see where I say that I was advised by Anna that the original loan skip wouldn't affect my holiday loan skip. I've had to make a lot of calls, and my mind got frazzled, she may not have been the one who told me that, but someone certainly did. That's why I want the last several calls pulled. The calls are normally supposed to be pulled when someone is misinformed. I told Leticia what happened in my original application, and she didn't pull the calls, and automatically denied me. Furthermore, it wasn't until I said something abiut contacting the CEO, that she decided to pull the call, over a week later. So, they're not even following their own protocol. I'm also attaching screenshots of the calls, if I can fit everything. I initially called about the holiday skip I'm October, and I may have asked that lady. You'll have to disregard the calls that are a fee seconds long. NGFCU employees hang up on customers at the beginning of calls, all the time.
