            I am writing about a refund that I was supposed to receive when I canceled my services on May 13th, in the amount of $98. I have reached out to this company that I was with for 15 years with no results. The service kept going out which cost me about $3,000 in pay, even though they weren't going to give me that much back they did promise me some type of refund which I never received. Final straw I had to take off for a whole week because of the internet not working. I canceled my services and I am still waiting for a refund. Every call is a different story. I was never late on my payments but if so I will be charged $30 late fee. I would like a $30 late fee for every month that it takes for them to send me my $98. This will be some type of reimbursement since I did not get any credit for the time that the service was cut off. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated thank you for listening.

            I used broadstripe for several years. However about halfway through 2021 their service started having more outages and contacting them has become almost impossible. I had an outage that it took them three days to find out they just had to turn the power back on. During that time I spent over 90 minutes on hold spoke to one person in customer service who gave me an incorrect service time that I had to change and was even disconnected. Then after all this trouble and three days with no internet they call me to say that they just had a technician flip a switch and my internet is back. Like why didn't they know this was the problem to start? Why don't they answer their phones?
