              The honor Kim is just disrespectful, Unproffesional and doesn't have a customer service skills. She is always short of nurse. I have been with this agency for months and they were not able to cover my hours. I been canceling my daughter's doctors appointments, I can't even go to work because they are not able to come on time or to commit to work and whent you call *** she ignore your call and even when she take you phone call she is will be Unproffesional and sometimes she will scream at me as she is always experience short staff. And one of her nurse reported that it is because she doesn't wanna pay as the normel range. O e of her nurse is been lying to me pretending as she feeding the baby until one day I discovered that after saying that she feet my baby girl the feeding tube used to feed her wasn't even prime through the end. I hope this honor will never find herself in our shoes.
