I have had an extremely difficult time trying to get a hold of this business to complete a contracted job to repair my home from water damage. The longer this job stretches out for the harder it has become to get in contact with somebody. In August of 2021, This company made it sound imperative that I received and pay them a certain amount in order to pay for a flooring deposit to the flooring company that they themselves recommended. Due to some issues regarding the delivery of my floor which in the grand scheme of things is understandable My floor has only recently come in and it is now May of 2022.I was made aware that the flooring company was awaiting payment for the floor in order to release the floor to either this company or myself. To date I have already paid $18,802.46 Over the past few months I have made multiple attempts to contact this company I only finally spoke to the owner of the company about a month ago. My last conversation with him stipulated that he was going to be rendering payment to the flooring company in a manner of days, and that since the floor was on its way we could schedule something sometime in the middle of May to install the flooring. We are now near towards the end of May, and I have not yet heard back from my multiple attempts to contact eagle environmental solutions. The flooring company that I just spoke with, also said that eagle environmental was not answering their calls either. I am not the only customer who has contracted legal environmental to obtain flooring from this particular flooring company. I initially only wanted some actual communication and not just one-sided by me, so I knew what was going on. But considering it is past the time that I was promised that I would have my floor installed. I need the BBB to please help me either complete the job that was contracted with eagle environmental, or a refund so that I may find a different company and get my floor that I've waited so long for.
