STAY AWAY FROM THIS FAKE BANK, YOU'VE BEEN WARM. THEY DENY MORE APPLICATIONS THAN APPROVE I WAS TOLD. HERE IS MY RESPONSE TO THE UPPER MANAGEMENT TEAM. WHEN YOU ASSERT YOURSELF THEY WILL RETALIATE BY REPORTING YOU TO CHECK SYSTEMS AS FRAUD AND CAUSE MORE TROUBLE FOR YOU AS YOU LOOK TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT. AND THEY HATE TO WORK WITH OUT OF TOWN APPLICANTS FYI! LASTLY, THEY ASK FOR "SELFIE" TO OPEN A BUSINESS ACCOUNT. WTF. NO OTHER BANK DOES THAN TO MY KNOWLEDGE. Thank you for starting the process my for an internal review of my application. I received an email yesterday 5/15 informing me of a denial to open a business account for the second time. I was told this time I would receive an adverse action letter in the mail for the denial. I can share this with you if needed once I’ve received the letter. I began this journey to open a personal and business account in March of 2023. It is now May 2023. I was told recently that my account would be open for me to begin my banking needs. This turned out to not be the case and leaves me to worry about the application process. After the first denial, that led me to work with (SS) in the supervisory department. She really made me feel that there was a small error during my initial application and my second application would be successful following her direction and supervision. Again, this turn out not the be the case. I have open accounts with Banks and Credit Unions who are recognized locally and nationally and not once have I experience a problem such as this. It’s unbelievable! Now, it appears I have exhausted all options for a fair review of my application and have no choice but to report this to the NUCA and seek counsel. This is not how I intended this process to go when I made an application for an account back in March of this year. If after your review of my file brings an opportunity to overturn the current denial decision I would much rather side with your conclusion and the latter as a final option.
