They say they buy houses, any houses, however, they don't tell you that they try to sell the house to someone else for more money before they will close the deal with you. We pay all closing costs, in as is condition, so no repairs necessary and pay all transfer costs. We also provide packing and moving services if applicable. We pride ourselves on excellent customer care. There are times we have a review period so we can do additional due diligence on title matters, construction costs and hoa if it applies. Our informed clients know most real estate transactions including traditional home sale options have a due diligence period as well. With MarketPro, we do not have any of financing contingencies.
