            Horrible service. Service went down for 5 days no one even called. tried calling for service and number keeps repeating and going back to beginning. now they are trying to charge me a cancellation fee for service they never provided. contract states they need to provide service which if they did i would never cancel. Called 3 times several e-mails and no one will call or contact about billing.
