Trusty Transport deserves 0 stars. The Jaguar I had shipped from Maryland arrived with a broken taillight and scratched up bumper. Not to mention it looked like it had been through a war. When I refused to pay the driver (Zsa Zsa) got verbally abusive and put the car back in the truck and left. Basically a stolen car. I called the dealer and they told me to report it as a stolen car. When i finally got through to dispatch they made me pay for the transport to Los Angeles although they damaged the car AND the transport back to the dealer in Maryland. If I did not pay they would dump the car in some impound lot. Talk about blackmail. When i complained the driver screamed at me in Russian and then finally would not answer the phone. Obviously I knew the damage did not occur at the dealer as I had photos of the vehicle as it was being loaded. This company and this driver should be put out of business. They are a fraud and liars. RUN DO NOT WALK from Trusty Transport. You will save yourself a lot of aggravation, damage to your car and a lot of lies and misrepresentations. Avoid them at all costs. Spend a few dollars more as you will get screwed over by these people. It was a HORRIBLE experience at all levels. And since they blamed the dealer they would not submit to their insurance carrier so I was out a couple of thousand dollars in transport fees not to mention the repairs to the vehicle. i wish my dealer had read these reviews. People use them since they are a few dollars cheaper but you will get screwed over at the end of the day.
