    My son is a 24 y/o Special Needs boy with an intellectual handicapped condition. I went to Master *** at **** and he interviewed my son and said he thought he could learn and was willing to try. he had me give him a $360.00 initial sign up fee he said covered 1st and 2nd month and that it would be on a recurring payment. He said that if my son cam to 3 lessons and was unable to continue that he would cancel his contract and refund the $360.00 payment. My son signed the agreement and started the same day (3APR 2023). His second and final lesson was on 5 Apr 2023. The **** was closed until the following Wednesday, due to closure of the center for Easter weekend. Therefore my sons third visit was 12 APR 2023. I called before the time of his class and left several voicemails stating that my son was unable to continue because he said he could not. Master *** called me that night and told me to contact Global Financial. I did, the Korean lady said send us an email explained the situation. I did so at length explaining my son's condition. I called them today since they never replied to me and they said they will not break the contract and I had no rights. I called Master *** back and he said he does not run his own financials that GFI does and that he has no control of them. So what is going on here in our country? Is there a Korean Mafia running local businesses? This is WRONG! Taking advantage of a Special Needs person, is morally and ethically wrong. I have also filed complaints with the Chamber of Commerce.
