I HAD A SIMPLE QUESTION AND RECEIVED THE MOST DESTRUCTIVE AND MOST DISTURBING DISRESPECTFUL SERVICE EVER! You should not have employees who racially profile consumers especially via phone! I have a whole phone recording with your employee Kevin ******! The most disturbing things were said!

              Mr. ****** reached out to to check up on us and I was so impressed, I had to do this for my brother! My mother tried to buy car last month but due to some circumstances, it didn't happen. However Mr. ****** didn't make her feel bad but offered some encouraging words. I may be in a position to help her out soon and when that time comes, we'll be back!
