            I was treated unfairly I had a 10 year warranty on parts and labor on my 2 year old air conditioner when they left my house said everything was covered I signed 0$ invoice. I called back to say how nice the technician was the owner was rude to me and said part weren’t covered which was quite pricey Almost $400. I’m a senior and she said she would come back for the part She didn’t check with warranty company I called my warranty company gave the number for the part and was informed it was covered. I almost was trying to figure out how to pay before I checked with warranty company I’m a senior in my 70’s so the owner continued sending me nasty emails I had told her the name of the warranty person who said the part was covered and I was too old to argue.To call them. I just want anyone using this company beware get prices up front and make sure they check your warranty for what’s covered. It was very unnecessary stress. I see the review someone calling them thieves yes she was trying to make me pay $400. For a covered item from a senior citizen on SS.
