My husband dropped off our 4-wheeler to have it looked at due to the lights not working. My husband requested for a price quote to have the rear fender replaced due to it being broken.This said 4- wheeler we bought from this business 1 year ago. The same day he dropped off the 4-wheeler he received a call from the service department giving a quote of $350 for the fender. Which he called me (his wife) and we decided to NOT fix the finder at this time. My husband called the service department back speaking to the same guy and told him we would HOLD OFF on fixing the finder for now we were just worried about getting the lights fixed. My husband called earlier this week to check on the status of the machine and they said it was ready for pick up, that the light issue was the key switch which was covered under warranty. Today my husband went to pick up our machine and they tell him he has a bill for over $600 for labor and replacement of the rear fender. My husband asked why they fixed it after he told them to hold off on fixing the fender the service guy was very rude and nasty and insisted that my husband told him to fix it. With no signed documentation or authorization to do any work to my machine. When I arrived at the facility with my husband the guy at the service desk was HORRIBLE RUDE WITH AN ATTITUDE and COCKY. when I asked him for the paperwork that my husband filled out on drop off he brought it out and I asked him where on this paper does it say to fix or replace the finder. He stated it was over the phone in which we told him the phone conversation that was held said we would hold off on fixing the finder. I asked to speak with the service manager and he refused to come speak with and the service guy said he was done dealing with this, and the machine is not leaving till its paid. I told him I guess you just got yourself a new 4-wheeler and I will let roadrunner where they can come repo the machine. This is not customer service and should not of happened.
