    ****** the co owner is extremely rude and never stops talking. She speaks to you like a child. Hired drivers to deliver windows that require someone home and signatures only to have said driver forge the customer's signature when customer isn't home. Gives quotes and then back pedals with excuses as to why the pricing goes up. Talking a mile a minute, never lets the customer speak and abruptly hangs up after calling back to apologize. Definitely not anybody I would recommend doing business with.

    The actual truth is she ordered glass units through her original manufacturer under warranty provided free of charge to her. (FYI thousands of dollars worth) That manufacturer is one of my clients and they produce, crate and send those crates to me for forwarding to these customers. The freight company I use has liability requirements which cover her if anything arrives broken and it takes more than 30 seconds to explain (she interupts and is nasty saying "doesnt have time for this") The explanation is for her benefit by the way. Once I pass it off to the freight company, they call her to set up delivery appointment (which she did with the first delivery and signed as accepted in good condition) and then she wasn't home on the second delivery of two more glass. Since she wasn't home the driver simply prints her name so they know where they dropped it after the delivery; I now receive a copy of the delivery receipt from the freight company as proof it was dropped and showing she wasn't home . THEY have never (to my knowledge or at least on any of my shipments) forged a signature and certainly not on hers (They are a very reputable freight company in business for many years ) And YES She was given a quote from me to install these glass units (as the factory certified technicians) and I explained our quote is good for 30 days !! She wasn't ready then. She called six month's later and pretends she doesn't understand what she was told six month's ago; I 'm sure she's an intelligent woman and fully understood all the terms , she just didn't like them . I tried to be reasonable and explain many costs have gone up due to the economy and her response is "what does the economy have to do with your pricing going up". HELLO ? again I accommodated her (agitation) by nicely explaining that all my expenses have risen (gas/labor/insurances ect) which I shouldn't have to explain (as the terms of hiring us were clearly outlined with her six month's ago) but as a courtesy I did . I said I'm SO sorry I can't keep the six month's old pricing; She then started speaking to me in a tone and manner that no one should have to be spoken to in and used foul language so yes I hung up. By the way she is the ONLY negative review in 23 years I think that says more about her than me.
