Please read my ****** review for all documents relating to this issue, includes explaination. I would like to have my dash and uconnect screen fixed under warranty properly.Business response

******************************* (Customer) complained of intermittent instrument panel dimming/lighting issues on her vehicle. The manufacturer advised Parkway Chrysler of a software update to possibly correct the condition. Parkway Chrysler experienced difficulties locating the necessary information from the manufacturer to perform the repair.
Customer later brought her vehicle in to have the repair completed and waited at the dealership. Our service technician was unable to get the manufacturer software update to download.
Customer was advised that due to complications as well as time of day, Parkway Chrysler would schedule an appointment the following week to leave her vehicle at the dealership as additional time would be needed.
Customer was promised alternate transportation at no cost so as not to inconvenience her any further. Customer failed to return for her scheduled appointment.
Later, Customer contacted ********************************************* and advised that her missed appointment was due to not receiving a reminder call from the dealership and expressed that she would be contacting the Better Business Bureau to complain of her feelings of Parkway Chryslers poor business practices.
Dealer management made the decision and advised Customer that it was obvious that regardless of what Parkway Chrysler did to resolve her situation, we could not meet her expectations moving forward. Customer was advised to return to the dealership she purchased the vehicle from or one of the many local dealerships if they could better meet her needs.
