My 2021 Durango RT was experiencing vibration when braking just under 25K miles. I was told the diagnostic showed that I had a warped rotor in the back. They recommended that the rear rotors and pads be replaced. We approved this work. I picked up the car and it was immediately noticeable to me that the issue was still very much present. Immediately turned around and showed another advisor in a ride along that the vehicle was not fixed. They took the vehicle in again.I took my dashcam home with me so I could look at the footage. The dashcam shows that the diagnostic done on the vehicle to diagnose the warped rotors was a tech looking at the car in the parking lot with a flashlight. The car never entered the shop before they called me to tell me about the warped rotor in the back. My wife and I were furious and went in the next morning to call them out on their fraudulent diagnosis that cost $160. This is besides the fact that they returned the vehicle without thouroughly testing to make sure the repair actually fixed the vehicle.I was told 2 business days later that the front rotors were also warped and that they turned the rotors for us free of charge (a service which they no longer do and isn't common anymore). ******, one of the service managers made it seem like they were doing us a favor. I picked up the vehicle and drove it home, seemed okay.I took it on the highway the next day to work and it STILL was shaking when braking at highway speeds, therefore not fixed. At this point I was extremely frustrated as I had been given back the vehicle twice, in which it was not fixed either time. ****** offered to replace the front rotors free of charge, we asked them to replace the pads free of charge as well. He told us we didn't need new pads in the front to which we said if that were true, why did they tell us to replace the pads in the rear? They then agreed to replace the pads in the front as well.Had to cut the story short for character limit.
