I purchased a new **** escape in 2020. I have kept it maintained. It broke down near ****** ******** on July 11. We had it towed to a **** dealership in *********** ******** where it has been since that date. The dealership has been unable to fix the vehicle after multiple attempts and has been working in conjunction with **** headquarters. They have yet to be able to fix it and the next part they want to try is on back order with no estimated time of arrival. So i have been out a working vehicle for over 45 days. I live 500 miles away in *********** travel for my job as a nurse practitioner so have also lost work related to this. I have never been offered a rental car. I started the buy back process with **** a several weeks ago and was just denies a buy back. The factory warranty was ****** miles and the mileage on the vehicle is 66, 532 but i have an extended service contract with allstate that is 10 years or ******* miles. **** motor company does not return calls, emails, or texts in regards to the case and I have yet to get any information on rental cars after many attempts. I would like **** to buy back this vehicle so I can purchase a new one and in ******** if it is out of service > 30 days it should qualify.Business response

We were unable to locate a **** Credit account for ***************** It appears her concerns are related to the vehicle. As such, we have routed the complaint to **** Motor Company for further review.Customer response
