Please see the attached 2-page letter which explains everything in detail, along with corresponding pictures. There were no holes in any of the metal underneath my vehicle, until after this second shop got their hands on it and now there are many from one end of my vehicle to the other (i.e. deliberate damage). This was done during a warranty service call at another Tuffy location with the same owner.

I went to tuffy on 44th and ***** Park with my ****************************************** April got a free diagnostic and was told I had 3 broken bolts in my manifold and it can be fixed for $1179 I wasnt in a position to pay for that. So then the went back in October because my stabling track and traction control kept coming on the dash and tires locked up and I could accelerate. They told me I needed a tune up I just got one a month prior. And they replaced a coil. I paid before the job was done. So when I pulled off and got down the street the lights came on again. I was told they put a spark plugs a coils abs sensor etc.. so I called and the guy I talked to was all nonchalant acting like I didnt tell him what the issue was. I told him to felt like they took advantage because Im a woman. And he yell Bull shhh through the phone. So I went back up there that Monday and asked for my old parts that came off my car that cost me almost $1200 they gave me spark plugs and a coil. Im Very DISAPPOINTED MY TRUCK RUNS WORSE THEN IT DID BEFORE I TOOK IT THERE. More lights are coming on the dash and now it cuts off. They said they fixed the misfire they did not. I want my money back a coil and spark plugs dont cost $1200 I thought taking my car to some so call certified professionals I would be back on the road Sad to say it was an epic fail.

On 7/18/23, I went to Tuffy- ***** Park in *******, ** for a brake inspection. I was charged $522.55. When I asked why the bill was this much, the mechanic and manager were very vague in the explanation. I called Muffler Man in Jenison and ********* Auto Repair in ******* and they both stated this job shouldn't have cost more than $350. I have contacted Tuffy's corporate office, but I have not gotten a response.

My equinox was sitting for a year and I told tuffy that and I told them about the recall on the oil consumption that didnt get done. They told me the will do a diagnostic and let me know whats all wrong with my truck. So they sent me a text to let me know what was the problem and how much its gonna cost to fix. I told them to go ahead an fix it. Then the next day they found another problem ok just fix it as well. At this time my car was with them from Friday the 30th of September til the next week. I ended up picking my truck up on the 4th of October. When I started driving it it wasnt driving right so I took it back on Friday because Im off on Fridays they couldnt check the truck out til Monday so I had to make an appointment. I come in Monday and a mechanic drove it and came back and said I need a transmission, now if they had it 5 days and drove it they wouldve know that before I spent almost $3000. And I knew something was wrong when I first started driving it and Im no mechanic. Now Im on a payment plan and I need a transmission but if I knew that in the first place I wouldve held off doing the other work. I think theyre doing shady business and I know Im not the only person this has happen to. I hope you guys investigate them so innocent people can stop getting ripped off.
