      If I could give negative stars I would. Ive been having issues with your shops repairs since Jan. of this year.My vehicle had some damages, I took it to Serra to repair. I expressed my concern with the repairs to the fender liner the entire time. I expressed it was not like the other side. I was assured it was. Now imagine my surprise when my vehicle starts to have the fender liner buckle and the trunk collapse where the repairs were made.I spoke with someone in the shop in June, they advised me the service manager ****** would be reaching out after he inspected my vehicle and said my vehicle was NOT done correctly.The first time my vehicle was sent back, I had MY lug nut to my FRONT PS tire IN MY BACKSEAT! Why was it even removed you ask?! No one knew! My 3rd brake light was not reattached. My back up camera was not reattached. Sealant was ALL over my window, my car was not painted.It went back to the shop for another 2ish weeks. I get told to come pick it up, it was POURING rain and my car was outside with the REAR WINDOW LEAKING THE WHOLE TIME! I go to pick it up. I look at it I mention the wheel liner but ** told thats as good as it will get. Nothing else can be done, it didnt even look like the *** I took my car because I was told nothing could be done, it was as good as it would get.2 months later and Im noticing my trunk has an actual GAP in it where it was repaired. The trunk on the right side is collapsing AND the fender liner is buckling. Which I was told the fender liner was as good as it gets, crazy how the ** is not buckling, but the repaired side is buckling. Something is rolling around either in my trunk under the cover or in the car where they pulled the paneling off to where its making a clinking noise when I turn. The shop broke my clip and fixed nothing after the 4th time of it being there. They're trying to use me having repairs done at a completely different shop for a different area of my car against me.

      *************** has been helpful in making us aware of the issues and worked with her to address them. We corrected ******************* concerns as well as other non-related items on the vehicle. The involvement of another incident and collision center did not sway us from continuing to help and or address concerns from the initial incident. We make every effort to resolve any mistakes made on our part, as should be expected, if they occur. As with any scenario, where we don't meet our customer's expectations, we will review it and take appropriate steps to reduce the likelihood that they happen again.

      Took my car to get diagnostic because the engine light was on and reduce engine speed sensor. I was told it would cost ******. They charge me ******. Told me it had something to do with the engine. duh It would cost me ***** to go into the engine to see what was going on. I was scam out of ******.

      We reached out to ******* to address her concerns as well as make sure that she understood the reasoning for the diagnostic charge incurred and our request for further diagnosis. The problem was determined to be an internal engine issue that would require further and extensive diagnosis by breaking down the engine to indentify the actual cause. We did offer to compensate her for half of the $206 diagnostic fee that was paid, which she accepted. We hope to have the opportunity to continue to work on her vehicle should she choose to give us that opportunity.

      I have filed a complaint with the *********** about this dealership. Their salesman, *****************************, sold me a dangerous vehicle after lying to my face about its condition. I was repeatedly told there was no frame damage to an as-is vehicle when it turns out, the ENTIRE frame underneath is rusted out. We used this car as a commuter car before my guy had a look at it. We drove it home from Saginaw (******* resident). We drove it to *******. To ******* for work. My mechanic took pictures and didn't even want me to drive it home from his place. (Who by the way, was very angry on our behalf. He is the one who insisted we get our money back from the dealership.) Nowhere in their in-house inspections is ANY of this listed. As a matter of fact, it seems like the inspection report *** not even be for this vehicle as the things that are listed do not really coincide with the vehicles current condition. Serra Saginaw sold me a car that could have killed my family. That is not hyperbole. The rear wheel axel is held on by a thin piece of metal; the rest has completely rusted away. It is within days of breaking away completely. Serra Saginaw needs to look at their shady business practices and become honest. Because there is a lot of rot in their house, from sales to the service department. Full disclosure, we have gotten a refund for what we paid for it, not including the money we spent on gas, our mechanic looking at it, and the few minor repairs we made ourselves before discovering the vast frame damage. So, we are still out a couple hundred dollars on a vehicle that could have killed us. Merry Christmas to us. TL:DR, Serra Saginaw will sell you a dangerous vehicle and lie to your face about it, so think twice about giving them your business.
